This is one of the easiest, quickest and tastiest appetizers/snacks for summer. All you need are 2 hands and a knife! And the great thing is…you can make as little or as much as you like, so I will list the ingredients without quantity. This recipe comes from a good friend of mine who considers herself a non-cook…so happy non-cooking everyone!
Cherry tomatoes, quartered
real mozzarella, quartered (the kind that looks like a baseball)
Basil sliced/chiffonade
Ken’s steakhouse Balsamic Vinaigrette ( I used the Lite version)
French Baguette or other yummy bread, sliced thin
Place ingredients in a bowl, spoon onto bread and devour!
